  Garberville is in Humboldt County, near many redwood parks and the ocean. It is a great weekend trip with lots of local activities.
  
• The Mateel Summer Arts Fair
  In June at Benbow State Park. There are over 100 art/craft booths, music, food, and lots of fun.
  
• The Mateel Winter Arts Fair
  At the Community Center in Redway. The Fair shows only handmade items, has great live music and takes place on the first weekend in December.
  
• ARTS ALIVE
  This is a Garberville/Redway area
  rotating show, every other month, that i participate in.
